The American Heart Association has developed a stroke "toolbox" which is accessible to the public. It is intended for hospitals participating in the Get With The Guidelines-Stroke program, but is available for anyone to use. Includes guidelines, discharge instructions, dysphagia screening tools, order sets, pathways, patient education materials, and other materials.
