The American Heart Association has developed a stroke "toolbox" which is accessible to the public. It is intended for hospitals participating in the Get With The Guidelines-Stroke program, but is available for anyone to use. Includes guidelines, discharge instructions, dysphagia screening tools, order sets, pathways, patient education materials, and other materials. Click here to go to the GWTG-Stroke Toolbox.
