This is an online guide to abstracting data for the Minnesota Stroke Registry program. (The contents of this guide replace the Training Manual version 1.2. Please recycle it.) The Minnesota Stroke Registry Data Dictionary and all release notes are available to participating hospitals on the secure login site.
